1024/2048 bit

This refers to the length of the encryption key used in an SSL certificate which uses an RSA encryption method. Since November 2013, 2048-bit has become the new standard. Specify your key length when generating your CSR or Certificate Signing Request

128 bit SSL (128-bit encryption)

128 bit is a common encryption strength. It replaces old 40, 56, & 60-bit encryption that is no longer considered 'strong encrption'. Remember that you need an SSL certificate with SGC (Server Gated Cryptography) to guarantee a strong 128 bit encryption. A 128 bit SSL certificate without SGC and an old browser can still provide only 40 to 60-bit encryption. SGC

256 bit SSL (256-bit encryption)

256 bit is a common encryption strength, gradually replacing 128-bit encryption. All SSL247 certificates are capable of 256 bit encryption. Remember you need SGC (Server Gated Cryptography) to guarantee a minimum of 128 bit, even with a 256-bit capable SSL certificate. SGC

2-step authentication

When you need to log-in, a 2-step verification adds an extra layer of security. 2-step authentication may include a device such as your mobile, to confirm your identity.
